Steadfast will be the first company I call for anything heating or AC related. AJ was very responsive via phone or text. He really knows his stuff and didn't price-gouge us. Maintenance on our heating and air conditioning system was WAY overdue and he gave us a very reasonable estimate. He took the time to walk us around and explain what needed to be fixed, cleaned or updated. I'll always heartily recommend AJ and Steadfast to my friends and neighbors. AJ is a terrific, knowledgeable and very fair expert on all things heating and cooling. Our experiences with him have been great and I totally trust him. I especially recommend talking to him about cooling system options: He put in the absolute best evaporative cooler system for us, that I highly recommend. He also has maintained our gas furnace. He is always prompt, reliable, and brings a wide range of expertise to the job. I wouldn't use anyone else.

We had several HVAC companies come out for quotes, and most of them were trying to charge us thousands more than what AJ quoted. AJ was upfront, honest, and explained everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right, not just making a quick buck. Everything works great, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. AJ, the owner of Steadfast, has been my HVAC guy forever, because he also does Swamp Coolers and Water Heaters. He serviced my old swamp cooler for years, telling me it wouldn't last much longer. Finally, last Spring he told me I needed I new one and quoted a great price. I said I wanted it exactly like my old one and sure enough, he showed up and popped in the new swamp cooler just fine and even though it is the same type, it is brand new and cools SO much better than the old one. Same thing with my water heater. I always fear the new one will be worse than the old one, but the water heater he installed is the best. He also popped in a new NEST thermostat recently. Bottom line is everything he has done has EXCEEDED my expectations. And every Spring and Fall, he shows up right on time to turn the swamp cooler on and off and, in the Fall, check the furnaces and replace the filters. It's always a good job. And I had an emergency furnace repair one winter that he handled asap. He is always available via text & responds right away. No phone tree menus or being put on hold for customer service.

AJ is a rare find, he is honest, an expert and communicates. He does what he says, and doesn’t when he says. It does get better than that.
